Dredging Floating hose,rubber hose, HDPE floats,dredging pipes

Dredging Self-floating hoses are suitable for the harshest sea or mining conditions. Equipped with PE foam body, adjusted to the bouyance of the dredged material. It's available inner diameters up to 1200mm, various lengths and pressure ranges.
Features and Advantages:

Outer cover with excellent abrasion resistance and UV Protection.
Wearing colored indicator layer..Single foam floatation casing, preventing water absorption.
The hose emergence above water is not less than 20% of the total volume.
High quality, wear resistant rubber.
Flange design according to customers' request
Bending angle: In working condition, the bending angle is from 0-45 degrees
Discharge hoses are used with dredgers for silt/gravels conveyance.
Pipe wall thickness range: from 15mm up to 100mm.
The suitable working temperature: from -20ºC to +50ºC.
It is convenient to install, flexible to use and safe.
