Anti-Tearing Conveyor Belting
One or two layers of the anti-tearing material is added between the cover rubber and the carcass of the belt, to reduce the risk of
longitudinal tearing and increasing the belt life.
In addition to increasing belt ife the Anti-tearing material has the advantage of high tensile strength, low elongation, great impact
resistance,antifatigue and good flexibility.
Anti-tearing material is suitable for use in both steel cord and textile reinforced fabric conveyor belting applications.
For these tvpe of aoplications, strong consideration should also be given to adopting Extra Tough anti-tearing and impact-resistant cover rubber.
Easy Running Low Rolling Resistant (LRR) Conveyor Belting
Using specialized pulley cover compounds, It has developed the Easy Running compound to reduce power demand. Easy Running compound reduces the compression between the conveyor belting and idlers, which results in a reduction of energy consumption of the conveyor belting system.
Easy Running compound is recommended for use for in a wide variety of material handling applications, including long-distance,heavy-duty overland conveyor systems. Significant savings are able to be generated over the life of the belt.
cooperation with domestic and overseas academic organizations, including field studies of long distance conveyor systems. Testing on Easy Running compound has confirmed savings of greater than 15 % in power resistance.
