Raw Material and Specifications:
- Shaft is made from cold-drawn steel, cut, and machined by automatic numerically controlled machines, with a concentricity of 0.05mm.
- The tube is made from ST37-2 DIN standard and machined by automatic numerically controlled machines.
- Bearings are deep groove precision ball bearings with C3 internal clearance.
- Bearing houses are made from cold-forming and machined by automatic numerically controlled machines.
- The seals are triple labyrinth seals made from nylon PA6 material.
- The grease uses 2,3 grade long-lasting lithium grease
