2500mm hotplyingwiderubberextruderproduction line
The 2500mm double system extruder is the widest and most automated extruder in the world. The pin cold feed rubber extruder applied in the line is high yield, good quality, high efficiency, energy saving and with new-style roller head that can be produce many types of rubber sheet with the max width 2500mm,the thickness 0.6-15mm directly. The line is to instead of calendaring and extruding.calendaring, because the extruding line can settle the problem of air bubble that ever existed, also it can reduce the equipments investment and the energy consumption. The extrusive production process delivers very positive thermoplastic, airtightness and compactness outcomes. The technology of hot plying directly is the most advanced extrusion molding equipment in the world.

Anti-Tearing Conveyor Belting
Include the full paragraph-Anti-tearing conveyor belting is widely used in coal mines, iron ore mines, metallurgy.power plants etc, especially in areas where the belt is subject to harsh working conditions, abusive materials and at risk of longitudinal tearing.
One or two layers of the anti-tearing material is added between the cover rubber and the carcass of the belt, to reduce the risk of
longitudinal tearing and increasing the belt life.
In addition to increasing belt ife the Anti-tearing material has the advantage of high tensile strength, low elongation, great impact
resistance,antifatigue and good flexibility.
Anti-tearing material is suitable for use in both steel cord and textile reinforced fabric conveyor belting applications.
For these tvpe of aoplications, strong consideration should also be given to adopting Extra Tough anti-tearing and impact-resistant cover rubber.

Easy Running Low Rolling Resistant (LRR) Conveyor Belting
Characteristics and Applications for Easy Running compound
Using specialized pulley cover compounds, It has developed the Easy Running compound to reduce power demand. Easy Running compound reduces the compression between the conveyor belting and idlers, which results in a reduction of energy consumption of the conveyor belting system.
Easy Running compound is recommended for use for in a wide variety of material handling applications, including long-distance,heavy-duty overland conveyor systems. Significant savings are able to be generated over the life of the belt.
cooperation with domestic and overseas academic organizations, including field studies of long distance conveyor systems. Testing on Easy Running compound has confirmed savings of greater than 15 % in power resistance.

Trouble Shooting
| No. | Problem | Reason | Solution |
| 1 | Conveyor belt runs on one side of the conveyor. | Idlers or pulleys are out-of-square with the center of the belt | Re-adjus the idlers or pulleys in the affected areas |
| Sticking idlers | Improve maintenance o rlubrication | ||
| Structurenot level | Readjust the structure in affected area to make it level | ||
| 2 | Belt Slippage. | Traction force between belt and pulleys isn't enough | Increase pulleys pads area or install belt cleaning device |
| Lagging on pulleys is worn or damaged | Change the pulleys | ||
| Bob-weight is too light | Increase the Counterweight level in accordance with the conveyor calculations | ||
| 3 | Conveyor Belting is stretching excessively. | Tension is high | Increase the belt speed or reduce the traffic amount;reduce the friction and replace the damaged idlers |
| Belt stretch excessively by wrong installation of the belt | Adopt the mechanized clamping device for the belt | ||
| Distance of bob-weight is not enough | Refer to the belt selection manual to obtain the correct minimum length of the Counterweight | ||
| 4 | Top cover of the belt wear down excessively. | Quality of the cover rubber is too bad | Change the high quality cover belt |
| Load bias the center line of the belt | Readjust the blowpit to make the load on the center of the belt | ||
| Overrelaxation between the idlers | Increase the tension or reduce the span | ||
| 5 | Bottom rubber of the belt wear down excessively. | Slipping at the pulleys | Fastening pulleys or increase the contact area of the pad |
| Materials deposit between the belt and idlers | Install the cleaning device at the return side of the idlers tail | ||
| Traffic Idlers incline forward excessively | Reduce the angle of inclination | ||
| 6 | Covers harden or crack. | Damage of the heat or chemistry | Choose the belts with special parameters |
| Wrong storage or handling | Refer to the belt instructions | ||
| 7 | Cover swells in spots of the belt | Idlers are lubricated excessively to make the oil overflow | Improve the maintenance to reduce the oil number. |
| 8 | Vulcanized splice separation | Tension is too high | Improve the belt speed or reduce the traffic amount;reduce the friction and replace the damaged idlers |
| Idlers are too small | Use the morebigger diameter idlers | ||
| Wrong installation of the belt splice | Adopt the correct method of splicing |
