Dredging Self-floating hoses are suitable for the harshest sea or mining conditions. Equipped with PE foam body, adjusted to the bouyance of the dredged material. It's available inner diameters up to 1200mm, various lengths and pressure ranges.

Suction dredging hose is designed for rugged applications are available in any size. They make tighter bends under severe working conditions without knuckling. We can offer suction hoses depending on ID of hose, required bending angle and acceptable built-in length.

Suction Dredging Hose Structure

Tube: Abrasive resistant synthetic rubber with high strength breaker plies and coated with a high grade synthetic rubber interior surface.
Reinforcement: High tensile strength fabrics with a steel inner structure. Fully embedded steel wire coils are incorporated to achieve kink, crush and local load resistance.
Cover: Synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, weathering, sea water and oil exposure. The cover, which incorporates reinforcing breaker plies is black with a bright orange spiral stripe or coated in tough bright orange polyurethane.

Dredge discharge hose can be used for many different applications. Such as a connecting hose between a cutter dredger and a discharge line. A jet water hose or as a floating steel pipe line. With a burst pressure up to 90 bar, it can be supplied in every size. Besides, it can be equipped with any kind of flange.

Drede Discharge Hose Application:

Our dredge discharge hose is used for port and dock discharging of seawater, silt, sand and other dredging materials. The discharge hose has excellent stiffness and resistance to external physical damage.

Temperature: -25℃ to +80℃(-13℉ to +176℉)
Tube: Synthetic abrasive resistant rubber with high strength breaker plies to achieve maximum adhesion to the hose carcass.

Floating dredging hose consists of several layers. The inner discharge hose is protected by a floating body, which is laterally protected by a reinforced rubber shell. Several designs are available.

Our dredging hose are intended for port and dock discharing of sea water, slit, sand and other dredging application. They are commonly used in part of the construction process of docks and ports.
